Licensed Professional Counselor:
$120 per 45-minute session

Sliding Scale Fee:
Lower cost services may be available to you through Counseling Network. Some of the licensed professional counselors offer sliding scale rates, based on income, on a limited basis. Lower cost services are also available through interns, who are supervised by one of Counseling Network’s Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisors. Please call to find out if you qualify for a sliding scale rate.
Religious Organizations
Counseling Network, Inc. provides services to a number of religious organizations in the Bosque, Hill, and surrounding counties at a discounted, contracted rate. Typically, Counseling Network, Inc. is able to provide counseling services to documented members of local churches at a reduced rate if the individual or family does not have mental health insurance coverage. You must be referred by your church or religious organization to access these benefits. Contact your organization's administrative office to find out if they have a contract with Counseling Network, Inc. They will be happy to make a referral for services on your behalf. If your church or religious organization does not contract with Counseling Network, Inc., please let us know and we will contact your organization to discuss this benefits program with them.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. The Professionals at Counseling Network, Inc. accept most major health and medical insurance plans.
For your benefits, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If utilizing insurance, please understand that insurance companies can and do require a diagnosis and may require additional information about your specific treatment.

Payments
Cash and Personal checks are accepted with some restrictions. Please speak to our office staff for questions regarding payments.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as booked.
