Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Oral Communications.  She has 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry and has experience developing and implementing fraud policies, procedures and training.  She is certified in employee interviewing, hiring, training and quality assurance of procedures and policies. 

​Susan joined Counseling Network Inc. in 2007 and is an integral part of our team.
